This is held at ZEST Commercial Food Hub, not the tasting room.

We will make two kinds of chocolate salami, and you will leave with 4 "salami" total. These are an age-old treat usually made in countries like Italy or Portugal. The mixture will include chocolate, nuts, cookies, and other various ingredients. Ingredients will include dairy, nuts, and gluten. Children welcome(Accompanied by adults).

Please bring some reusable containers. If you are not able, I will provide some resealable bags.

Wear cloths you don't mind getting covered in chocolate and icing sugar.
