Join us for a calm and relaxing night of tea and chocolate at the beautiful tasting room in downtown Salmon Arm. Geoseph, a professional chocolate sommelier, will guide you through tasting a flight of fine dark single-origin chocolate bars (don't worry - these are not bitter, but aromatic and complex). We will then pair the dark chocolate with a fine loose-leaf tea, poured in a Gongfu style. We will analyze both the chocolate and the tea together in a welcoming and interactive format. There will be relaxing music and soothing ambiance.
The purpose of this pairing is to expose you to fine chocolate and tea, and help you appreciate how interesting single-origin chocolate and tea can be.
Chocolate samples will include cocoa bean and sugar (roughly 70% range). No samples will include nuts, dairy, or gluten (But I cannot guarantee samples do not contain traces at point of manufacturing). If you have any questions before booking, feel free to contact me.
