This 30-minute tasting will allow you to sample 5 chocolate bars made by various craft bean-to-bar chocolate makers from across Canada. Like fine wine and coffee, chocolate can taste different depending on the type of cocoa bean used, and how the maker decides to roast and refine it into chocolate. PLEASE ARRIVE HUNGRY to enhance the experience and your tasting abilities.
Samples will include a mix of dark and milk chocolate. Samples will NOT contain nuts or gluten (but I cannot guarantee chocolate did not come in contact with these at the manufacturing facility).
Geoseph will discuss the bars, and as a group we will have fun analyzing the flavours of the bars in an interactive and open forum format. The session will have some chocolate facts peppered throughout, and you're very welcome to ask questions during or stay afterwards and ask.
Dozens of bars available for purchase afterwards. And you're welcome to hang out and enjoy the space after the tasting.
