For chocolate making and chocolatier classes
+ Why waitlists?
Since I’m fairly new to Salmon Arm, I will focus on private bookings for in-person classes and events. As word gets out, I will post more classes open to the public. In the meantime, I encourage you sign up to a waitlist for each class you are interested in.
+ How it works
When enough people are on any given waitlist I will post a date and tickets for sale, as well as email all those on the waitlist for that class. No pressure to sign up for the class when it is available, but at least you will know when it is posted.
+ How to sign up
Simply fill out the form next the class you are interested in. Do this for each class you are interested.
I will not respond to your entry right away, but rather I will contact you if the class is posted. If you require a response right away, please ask in the notes section that I email you back or visit my contact page. Happy to hear from you!

Hand-Rolled Truffle Classes
Simple ganache chocolate truffles. No need to know how to temper.
Tempering & Bars
In this class you will learn how to temper chocolate as well as pour and cast into molds.
Drageè
Here you will learn how to make delicious chocolate covered nuts (or dried fruit, coffee beans). A simple technique that does not require any special equipment.
Chocolate Salami
Learn this traditional European delight. No meat! Just chocolate, nuts, cookies, and other deliciousness.
Bonbon Making Class
Learn now to temper, pour, cast, make shells, fill shells, and cap. This may be a 1 day or 2 evening class.
Chocolate From Scratch
Learn how to make chocolate from the raw cocoa bean. We will make a 70% dark chocolate from scratch. This will be a 2 evening class.
