This is held at ZEST Commercial Food Hub, not the tasting room.
We will make 1 type of ganache filled truffle using prosecco and milk chocolate, with a dark chocolate shell rolled in sugar. It will be a delightful balance of flavour & texture.
While we wait for the ganache to set, we will also enjoy a mini chocolate pairing with unusual combinations (chocolate, cheese, fruit...)
Ingredients will include alcohol, dairy, and chocolate. We will not use ingredients that contain nuts or gluten, but I cannot guarantee the kitchen is 100% free of traces of these.
Wear comfortable shoes and clothes you don't mind getting dirty.
