Learn, Taste, & Discuss the nuances of fine coffee and fine chocolate. This is an event with Anvil Coffee Collective & Chocolate Sommelier, Geoseph.
You will enjoy a flight of fine single-origin dark chocolate made by various makers, as well as a flight of single-origin pour over coffee. We will analyze both the chocolate and the coffee, as well as discuss how the flavour profiles change as we pair them.
It will be a lot of fun for those who love to explore new flavour territory, and who love to learn about their food. Chocolate will be high quality fine dark chocolate (ingredients: cocoa bean + sugar) and pour over black coffee. There will be no dairy, no gluten, and no nuts in any of the products (However, it will be held at a café which does serve products with such ingredients).
