Cheese and fine chocolate actually go very well together. The complexity in both are well matched for those who enjoy analysing their foods in this way. In this tasting we will analyze 5 artisan chocolate bars, and then pair them with 3 cheeses and discuss how our perception of the chocolate flavours shift. Chocolate samples will include dark and milk chocolate. No samples will include nut or gluten-containing ingredients (although I cannot guarantee no traces of these).
